Morning Mist are the best that the jungle has to offer you. Your yoga will be enriched from the sound of early birds and gibbons, the chilled temperatures and the fresh oxygen from the rainforest. We practice Hatha Yoga followed by a short morning meditation This is the best way to start a your day!
All classes are suitable for everyone and of all levels, if first-time yoga or meditation students. My yoga teaching style is based on Hatha or Vinyasa flow. All classes will finish with 10 minutes mediation and relaxing with gentle background sound and singing bowl therapy.
