We practice Hatha Yoga followed by a short morning meditation This is the best way to start a your day!

    All classes are suitable for everyone and of all levels, if first-time yoga or meditation students. My yoga teaching style is based on Hatha or Vinyasa flow. All classes will finish with 10 minutes mediation and relaxing with gentle background sound and singing bowl therapy.
